The details, when you need them.
Will images be included in the TXT file?
No. TXT output contains text only. Use PDF to JPG for page images.
Why is the text empty or incomplete?
The PDF may contain scans or text that cannot be decoded reliably. Try OCR and review the result.
Recover words without page styling
Plain text does not preserve fonts, diagrams, images or the visual arrangement of tables. The extractor reads the text stored in the PDF, which may differ from the order you see on the page. Multi-column layouts and repeated headers often need cleanup after extraction.
Check whether the PDF contains text
Try selecting a sentence in a PDF viewer. If you cannot select it, the page may be a scan. Run OCR PDF before extracting text from image-only pages. Some files use unusual font encodings that also affect extraction. Review punctuation, line breaks and important numbers before using the TXT file elsewhere.
Plain-text reading order
Plain text loses styling; multi-column reading order may need correction.
Extraction gives no text
Page content may be raster images. Run OCR before extracting text.
