Automatic orientation uses the width of the data to choose portrait or landscape pages. Wide sheets can force small text, so reduce unnecessary columns in the source if the result is hard to read. Repeat the first row when it contains column headings that readers need on each page.
This converter builds new tables from worksheet values. It does not preserve the full workbook styling, charts, print areas or calculation behavior. It does not recalculate formulas. Long cell text may be truncated by the compact layout, so check descriptive columns and totals closely. Keep the original spreadsheet for calculations and editing.
Spreadsheet styling, charts and print layout are not reproduced as an office export.
The tool repeats row 1 rather than detecting table headers. Prepare a copy with column names in the first row.
