Use this tool when whole-file merging is not enough. You can place an attachment between two pages, move a signature page to the end or repeat an instruction sheet. Add more PDFs as you work and inspect their thumbnails to distinguish pages from different sources.
A blank A4 page can be added at the end and moved into position. Rotation changes how a page is displayed without requiring you to redraw its contents. Deleted pages are omitted when you save. Keep at least one page, and verify the final sequence before printing or sending the document.
Copied pages may not carry every document-level interactive feature.
